Welcome to our luxury air conditioned, tastefully furnished and fully equipped home. Surrounded by a fence for privacy and with its own heated pool, the villa is situated in Kissimmee, just 500 yards off route 192, east of Disney. The Villa is comfortable furnished to a high standard and comes with a cot / crib and high chair for babies, a fully equiped kitchen and laundry area. The Villa can sleep a maximum of 12 people. Local shops and restaurants are within a 5 minute drive while the Airport is approximately 30 minutes away. We are a pet friendly villa. Rates per week from US$900 / GB£500

The large Lounge / Dining area contains a Queen sized /3 seater sofa bed, a seperate 2 seater sofa, dining table and chairs. Appliances contained in this room include cable television, video, DVD and portable Hi Fi. Sliding doors lead on to the Lanai.

The Open Plan Family Room / Kitchen contains a sofa, armchair and stools for the breakfast bar. The Kitchen contains all usual appliances and utensils including oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, ice maker, dish washer, coffe maker, electric kettle, toaster and disposal unit. Sliding doors lead on to the Lanai and pool area.

The Laundry Area contains a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Also downstairs, the second Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a Queen size bed and cable television.

The main Master Bedroom (upstairs) with en-suite bathroom contains a king sized bed, a walk in closet and cable television.

Bedroom 3 situated upstairs contains a double bed.

All double bedrooms contain Hair dryers and linen baskets .

Bedrooms 4 and 5 are also situated upstairs and both contain 2 single beds and have large closets. The bedrooms have a subtle Disney theme and are suitable for both children and adults.

Bathroom 3 services bedrooms 3, 4 and 5. All bathrooms have a bath / shower, wash basin and w.c.

Bed Linen and Towels are provided.

The Pool Area has a screened enclosure and contains sun loungers, tables and chairs. The pool size is 28 ft x 12 ft. An external light and pool light complete this area. Plastic beakers are provided for use by guests in this area.

Safety and Security The villa meets all required state legislation, including a fire detection system and child alarms on the patio doors. A security alarm system is also fitted.

While this is a Non Smoking Villa we will consider accepting pets but this is at our discretion.

US$ prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes. UK£ prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes.

Rates are as stated above
Pool Heat US$190 / GB£110 per week or part week
Pets are welcome but there is a US$50 charge per pet, per week or part week
Stays of 5 nights or less are pro rata the weekly charge but will in addition incur a cleaning fee of US$110 / GB£65
A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking unless the booking is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date when the whole amount will be payable. A refundable (assumes no damage) security deposit of US$250 / GB£150 is also required.
