A superb five bedroomed villa on an AAA rated holiday resort

Near to supermarkets and resturants, VistaVilla is about 2 miles south of the junction of the US 27 and 192. The property is about 1/2 a mile away from the US 27 so doesnot suffer from road noise and is safe for children.
Heated pool with flood lights and fountains. The pool heating is included in our price per week.
Our extra large lanai is sunny all day but has an undercover area, with fans, if you prefer a little shade and a little breeze.

Our fully equipped luxury villa benefits from two master bedrooms with top quality king sized beds each with full en-suite facilities and Cable TV, making this an ideal holiday destination for more than one family.
There are three other bedrooms (one double and two twins) and two other bathrooms, all of the highest quality
A door alarm from the house to the pool area has been installed for the safety of younger guests.
The pool furniture is by Palm Casuals pool furniture which is padded for extra comfort
The property is fully air-conditioned and all rooms are well lit with ceiling lights and fans.
Our sitting room has large luxurious sofas together with a large TV (Cable)/ VCR/ music centre.

Fully equipped kitchen with Corian work surfaces and twin sinks, with separate area for the washing machine and tumble dryer to keep the noise away from the living and dining areas and the bedrooms
There is a double garage with electric remote controlled doors.
All linen, towels and pool towels are provided
A high chair and cot are available for which there is no charge
Close to Florida's main attraction
Convenient for shopping, three supermarkets are very close by. WalMart - excellent for electronics and some basic food supplies - is a very short drive and is open 24 hours.
There are several wonderful golf courses in the area for those who are rusty and those who are accomplised and every golfer in between. A discount is available at Champions Gate golf course and the golf school there
Daily week day collection of refuse by VistaPark staff ensures that VistaPark remains pristine at all times.
