We are Pat & Keith Hellewell and would love to welcome you for a holiday vacation in our beautiful Villa.
The location, only 30/40 minutes from Orlando International Airport is just about perfect, just 3 miles from the MAGIC!!! and within easy driving distance to other Theme Parks such as Sea World, Universal Studios, Gatorland and attractions like Downtown Disney, Medieval Times, Arabian Nights to name but a few. Even Cape Kennedy or Busch Gardens are only about an hour and a half away.
There is a small Mall at the junction of the Highway 192 with a supermarket and quite a few other shops and restaurants just 1 mile from the Villa.
OUR HOME
A lovely 4 bed 3 bath luxury Villa with a designer interior. Over 1700 sq.ft. of actual living space plus a Games Roomin the double garage area.

Enter the front door into a welcoming fully tiled entrance hall with a 'love seat bench', glass topped table and matching mirror and alcoves with pictures and lighting decor.
The Lounge with it's vaulted ceiling and high level fan has light, soft, airy furnishings, seating, table lamps, coffee table and decoration . A purpose built cabinet houses a 32" TV, Video and DVD players.
The Kitchen & Dining Area
With it's fully ceramic tiled floor and bags of cupboard space, it has all the usual essentials for your stay. Dishwasher, Waste disposal Unit, Electric Oven, Microwave with built in Vent Fan over cooker, Large Fridge Freezer with ice maker, Coffee Maker, Blender and all the Cookware, Crockery, Glassware and Cutlery you could wish for. A Door leads to the Utility room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer with Iron and Ironing Board, Hoover Cleaner and Dust Pan/brushes etc. Breakfast bar with 2 high level chairs and separate Dining table with 6 upholtered chairs.
Games Room
The whole of the garage has been converted, with air conditioning,3 seat settee and ample tables ( for the drinks) into a large games room with a 8 x 5ft Pool/Billiard table for the adults and fussball, electronic safety darts for the youngsters and a selection of board games for everyone. It is also complete with a DVD player and 20" TV set at high level so it can be seen even when guests are playing pool etc.
The Bedrooms
There are two Masters with Vaulted ceilings, one at the back with a patio door leading to the pool and the other at the front with a door to the enance hall. Both have large American King size beds, fully ceramic tiled ensuites and step in wardrobes. Each has its own TV and telephone.
The 2 other bedrooms are twin bedded and one has a fish theme and the other Disney Pictures. All Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with ample storage for clothes with Step-in Wardrobes and Chests of Drawers and bedside tables with Lamps. Again each has a TV.
Pool and Spa
Patio doors from the lounge and the rear main bedroom lead to the patio. These have been equiped with switchable alarms for the safely of Children who should be supervised by an adult at all times when in the pool area. The pool has colourwheel lighting, via a timer switch which continuously changes the colour appearance of the water. The Spa is also controlled by a timer switch and runs for up to one hour of relaxing bubbles. The pool/spa heating is automatically controlled and is switched on by the Management Company before your arrival when required. There is added privacy given by a 6 ft high white fence each side and a 5 foot hedge at the rear so the pool is not overlooked by adjacent pools. There is quality pool furniture by Palm Casuals with loungers, chairs, stools and a table for drinks and al-fresco dining.
