Pool

There can be no better way to start your day than with a gentle swim in the inviting, crystal clear waters of our oversized private pool, whilst enjoying the natural backdrop of landscaped gardens, rolling green lawns and swaying bamboo which makes up just part of the stunning tropical conservation area to the rear of Paradise Palm Villa.

Our extended decking with sumptuously deep padded poolside furniture is perfect for those who wish to relax and tan, whilst our smart weatherproof dining set ensures that any meal may be enjoyed “al fresco”, in true Floridian style. Indeed, we even provide a BBQ grill in case the urge for a little outdoor cooking strikes !

The fully screened pool deck ensures that your outdoor activities remain “bug free” and for the ultimate indulgence, our brand new hot tub will provide a welcoming aquatic massage to ease your aching muscles after all that time spent in and around those mind blowing theme parks.

Naturally, we also provide you with quality pool towels, which means you can leave space in your suitcase for all those amazing Florida bargains !

Games Room

Our newly installed games room provides the very best in indoor activities, and includes a pool table, air hockey, foosball (table football) and electronic dart board. Guaranteed to keep the kids safely amused for hours, the games room often allows mum and dad a little more quality time with one another, whilst the little ones burn off some excess energy.

Lounge Room

This delightfully sunny room with open views to the glistening pool and lush conservation beyond, is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The golden tones of our luxurious furnishings and complimenting decorative lamps and accents present a calming ambiance and afford a welcome retreat from the glorious Florida sunshine. Why not lie back in our plush sofas and enjoy a musical selection from our CD library, rummage through the assortment of family friendly movies or maybe choose a title from our extensive collection of books. There’s even a great range of family board games to keep both young and old in high spirits.

Younger Guests

For our younger guests and tiny travellers we are delighted to supply complimentary strollers (buggies), a crib (cot) and a high chair.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Every one of the bedrooms at Paradise Palm Villa have been lovingly styled with taste and comfort in mind. Our high quality bed linens are crisp and fresh, and the complimenting decorative accents and furnishings create the perfect setting for a wonderful nights sleep. However, for those who manage to keep their eyes open just a little longer, you’ll also enjoy the cable TV and DVD player that graces each bedroom.

Bedroom 1 / Bathroom 1 – King size bed with matching rattan night stands, cable TV, DVD player, dresser, decorative lamps, large walk in closet, ceiling fan, clock radio, an attractive royal blue love seat and a fully appointed en suite master bathroom, with separate shower, oval tub, w.c., his and hers sinks, hair dryer and large Hollywood style vanity.

Bedroom 2 / Bathroom 2 – Queen size bed with separate night stands, cable TV, DVD player, dresser, decorative lamps, large walk in closet, ceiling fan and a clock radio. The adjacent bathroom which affords full access to the rest of the household features a large full size bath/shower combo, Hollywood style vanity, towel closet, hair dryer and w.c.

Bedroom 5 – Twin Beds. This delightful room with it’s delicate pink and green hues is a popular choice for our younger guests. Our bed linens are crisp and fresh and this idyllic setting also benefits from it’s own dresser, ceiling fan, closet space, hair dryer, TV and DVD player.

Bedroom 4 – Double/single bunks. Decorated in fresh seaside blue and white featuring yachts and with gorgeous views across the pool deck and beyond, this spacious rooms features a large dresser with mirror, roomy closet, ceiling fan, cable TV, DVD player, decorative lamps, hair dryer and an attractive teddy bear themed wall hanging.

Bathroom 3 – Shared by Bedrooms 4 & 5 and featuring a large full size bath/shower combo, Hollywood style vanity with sink and a w.c. This bathroom has the added advantage of giving direct access to the sun drenched pool area outside.

Bedroom 5 – Twin Beds. Decorated with a strong sports theme, contemporary red and black bed linens, night stand, large walk in closet, complimenting accents and window dressings, hair dryer, cable TV and a DVD player.

Cooking & Dining

Of course we understand that as you are on vacation, cooking for the family may well be one of those daily chores that you left behind when you started on your vacation of a lifetime, but just in case the urge should strike, rest assured that you will be thrilled with our modern, spacious and fully equipped kitchen.

No matter whether it’s a home cooked meal, or a take out from one of the many top class local restaurants, our two dining areas, one more formal, with deep padded floral themed chairs, the other more casual, located in the nook area, will both comfortably accommodate up to six guests and ensure that each and every meal is savoured in style and comfort.

This is the first family vacation we have taken. Mark and I brought our children and grandchildren. We have had a wonderful time. The parks ( we did Disney, Seaworld and Universal) was very hectic and it was wonderful to come back to the pool and hot tub. Friends visited us one night and the game room came in handy. Again we had a wonderful time – Thank you for sharing your homewith us. We sure wish we didn’t have to leave in the morning!!!

Just a quick line to say Thank You, we are back from a fantastic time in Florida made all the better by your 1st class accommodation at Paradise Palm Villa.

Our party have been very fortunate to be staying at your spacious and well maintained villa. The layout, equipment and general feeling of being "at home" was evident to all as soon as we stepped over the threshold on that late Friday night. Its location added to our holiday, conveniently located just off US27 which is easily accessible from a number of directions.

During our stay in Davenport we visited 5 out of the 6 WDW theme parks, Kennedy Space Centre and Boca Grande. We had to leave something for the next visit!!! We also did "some" Retail Therapy in the many Outlet stores and malls.

All in all, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the holiday which was helped by the beautiful weather which we were blessed with (unheated pool was not a problem).

I can easily say on behalf of our entire group that we would have no hesitation returning to Paradise Palms ourselves or recommending it to any of our friends, relations or colleagues should the opportunity arise.
