Our vacation home with 3 luxurious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is only 5 miles from Walt Disney World at Grand Palms resort, a select development of just 86 condominiums. It is situated just off US192 and convenient for all the area attractions.
Our home is equipped with all facilities to ensure your vacation in Orlando is as happy and memorable as possible. With TV's, DVD, VCR, CD player, a fully fittted and equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining room, we love our vacation home, and know you will too.
Grand Palms has a large, seasonally heated communal swimming pool, large, 8 person hot tub, gym, tennis court and picnic & BBQ area for the sole use of residents and guests.
There is no extra charge for the pool heating!!!

Our luxury 3 bedroom 2 bathroom upper floor condo with fully screened balcony is packed with facilities to make your Florida vacation even more memorable.
Located just 5 miles west of Disney, just off US192 on the prestigious Grand Palms Resort, in Kissimmee, Orlando, our condo has a large, fully tiled, open plan lounge and dining room, with cable TV, DVD, VCR and mini HiFi system. We also have a selection of DVD's, videos, CD's, books and board games for your enjoyment. We have a large 3 seater sofa which converts to a queen size double bed and a 2 seater sofa. The large dining table seats 6 comfortably.
We are delighted to provide our guests with FREE use of our wireless high speed internet facility.
Our fully fitted kitchen has all amenities including fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, washer, dryer, cutlery, crockery, kettle, coffee maker, a breakfast table and 4 chairs.
The Master bedroom has a luxurious King-size bed, cable TV, alarm clock/radio, telephone, hair dryer and ensuite bathroom with a full size bath and shower.
Our second bedroom has a Queen-Size bed with cable TV and radio/alarm clock.
The third bedroom has twin beds and cable TV.
The second bathroom is also fitted with a full size bath and shower.
Each bedroom has a large closet for all your clothes.
At the rear of our condo, our West facing screened balcony with a table and 4 chairs overlooks a conservation lake, and is perfect for watching those wonderful Florida sunsets.
All linens (towels and sheets, including pool towels) are provided, together with an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner should you be missing those household chores...
Grand Palms is situated close to all the Orlando attractions, including Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Seaworld and shopping malls etc.
Shops, including a 24 hour Wal-Mart supermarket, pharmacy and numerous restaurants are all nearby and easily reached within minutes.

Rental rates start at just US$89 per night, with discounts for bookings of 7 nights or more.
Cleaning fee of $75 to be added to the above prices.
On booking, we will require a $250 security deposit.
A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is payable on booking.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. For bookings less than 8 weeks prior to departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
The property will be available for occupation from 4pm on arrival day until 10am on departure date.
No smoking or pets allowed.
