The villa is furnished to a very high standard, each bedroom has a TV with an addition of a VCR in the master bedroom. There is also a TV,DVD & CD player in the family room & a TV, VCR & Playstation 2 in the living room. The games room features pool, foosball and darts, there are also toys for the smaller beings! The enclosed pool & spa area is overlooking conservation ground and is very private. The pool has a pull over cover which maintains some of the heat when not in use. Close to major theme parks, shopping, golf and dining -WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED!!!
With FREE International phone calls you don't need to worry about calling your loved ones while you are away. FREE Internet access. The villa has a secure safe and alarm system.

The East facing pool & spa overlooks a conservation area, so is very private. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and is air conditioned.

3 double bedrooms – 1 king (with en - suite bathroom), 1 queen and 1 set twins with shared bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV. There is a cot/crib included.
Family room has 27” TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. It has 2 sofas (one can be pulled out and used as a double bed). This room overlooks the furnished pool & spa area.
Living room – this room has a golf theme and can also be used as a 4th bedroom as it has a sleeper sofa. It has a 27” TV, VCR and Playstation 2.
Games room has pool, foosball and darts.For the smaller children there is a selection of toys.
A cot/crib (with bedding) and highchair are also supplied.
Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, waste disposal (careful what you put down there!!!) and dishwasher. Crockery, cutlery and utensils supplied. There is a separate area with washing machine and tumble dryer, complete with iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen and are included as well as a hairdryer.
Dining area has table and chairs, breakfast bar with stools.
East facing screened pool & spa. A pool cover is supplied to pull over and retain heat while pool is not in use. Pool deck has sun loungers,chairs and a table.
Sleeps maximum 10 adults plus baby in the cot. High Chair is also included.

Our management company is available 24 hours a day. Just call the numbers in the ‘Welcome’book if you need any help. Keys for the villa are located in a lock box outside.
On site facilities include clubhouse with a games room, media room with internet access and gym. It has a swimming pool, basket ball, volley ball and tennis courts.
