Our 4 bedroom with 3 bathroom holidayhome, with its own private pool that may be heated if you wish, is located on the shore of the stocked fishing lake that is central to the Terra Verde Holiday Resort. The private Gated Resort won the Florida M.A.M.E. 2004 community of the year award. Our Pool and Pool Deck face west (for those sunsets), over the lake to the Terra Verde Resort club house with its additional, large freeform pool, club house, spa, exercise room, Tiki bar and many other features. Our holidayhome contains 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms, with one of the double bedrooms on the ground floor

Our Holidayhome is fully air-conditioned, with 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. One double bedroom with bathroom is located on the ground floor, making the house also suitable for any guests that may have trouble with stairs. The upper floor contains one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus 2 twin bedrooms with an additional shared bathroom.
Our holidayhome contains all the usual facilities that you may expect :
. Full airconditioning throughout the house with ceiling fans also in the Master bedrooms and Lounge
· Large TV and DVD, with additional TVs in the master bedrooms
· 2 Sofas in the living area, one of which will also convert into a double bed
· Fully fitted kitchen with Range Cooker, Dishwasher and full size fridge with Ice maker
· Washing machine and Dryer in seperate utilities area, plus digital code security safe
· For the younger guests, there is a Childs / Baby Cot (Crib), High Chair and Stair Gate (if required)
· All bed linen, bath and Pool Towels and hair dryers in all bathrooms
· Toys, Books, Games and Jig Saw puzzles
· Good size patio and pool deck with a Private, west facing Pool that may be heated. There is a child safety barrier.
· Patio loungers, tables, chairs and cushions
(And, we will even supply fishing rods, so that when you have been “Disney’d” out, you can relax with a spot of fishing at sunset)
. Wireless internet access for enabled laptops and PDAs

A short walk, over the bridge (across the lake), is the Resort Club House with :

Disney is less than 15 minutes drive, and Seaworld, Universal Studios and GatorLand are not far away. There is a large Wal*Mart within 5 minutes and there are numerous restaurants and other attractions, equally close.
