SUMMARY
Fully screened pool, which can be heated upon request.
Patio doors and rear windows to pool area have alarms fitted so that children cannot access the pool area from inside the villa without alarm being activated.
Keys are kept at the villa in a coded lock box, which means no looking for travel agents to obtain your keys on arrival.
The villa provides all linen and towels (save valuable space in suitcase).
Cable television in both master bedrooms and lounge with video also.
Telephone has free local calls.
Management Co live only 50 yards away and are always on hand should you require them.
The villa is very easy to find from Orlando International airport or Sanford Airport, we do have our own design maps with road signs making it easy to find your way to the villa, in our opinion there is nothing worse than not being able to find your way after a long flight when you are tired.

The villa is licenced and inspected by the State of Florida department of business and professional regulation division of hotels and restaurants (this is for your comfort and safety plus ensuring it meets their high standards).
DISCRIPTION
The villa is maintained to a high standard in both condition and furnishings, our aim is for you to want to stay again.
There are two master bedrooms; both have US queen sized beds ( UK king size) Vaulted ceilings, wall mounted TV’s ,ceiling fans, ceramic tiled floors with bedside rugs, drawers and bedside cupboards, each master bedroom has en-suite bathrooms and a very large walk in wardrobe or closet.
The lounge has a large cable television and video recorder/player dvd and cd player lovely comfortable sofas, ceramic tiled floors (with rug) plus cupboards table’s lights etc.
There are two further twin bedrooms both with large wardrobes, drawers bedside cupboards, lights etc. The third bathroom is between the two twin bedrooms with direct access form both making it shared en-suite .
The kitchen is fully fitted and very spacious, it has everything you could require to make a snack or even a family meal, there is plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, also a very large fridge freezer with automatic icemaker, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, Liquidiser, electric can opener, large range oven, dishwasher, and even a waste disposal unit.
The dining area has a dining table and chairs for formal dining
A large capacity washing machine and a tumble drier with ironing board and iron are available for your use (why not do your washing before you go home Saves you taking dirty laundry in your suitcase)
Outside the patio doors there is a covered area alongside the pool (a lanai) this area is fantastic for keeping out of the heat of the day to sitting under at night having a drink or dining al-fresco, this is the perfect place to relax after a hard day at the theme parks The pool can be used at night with its underwater lighting, sun loungers are provided and side tables.
We do ask that you do not use glass items around the pool, unbreakable glasses and plates are provided. Though we do not allow smoking inside the villa you may smoke in the pool area ash trays provided.
The house also has a large double garage so you do not have to get into a baking hot car.
The grounds to the villa are landscaped with an automatic watering system We would also recommend for your comfort that you do not open screen doors after dusk as it lets in the mosquitoes, which are common in Florida because of the water. By having our villa away from wetlands, lakes and conservation areas the problem of mosquitoes is virtually eliminated it.
If you have problems with bites stay away from the wetland, lake or conservation areas as we have.
