Finished to an extremely high standard by professional interior designers High Grove Villa has been designed with all of your vacation requirements in mind. Our wonderful home sleeps a maximum of 8 in completely luxurious surroundings.

We have included lots of extras to make your stay really special.

Ground Floor

Living Room

Leather furniture with plenty of space to relax, cable TV, DVD player, CD player, computer with free high speed internet access, sliding doors leading to pool/decking area (door alarm fitted to keep your little ones safe).

Dining Room

Dining table and chairs overlooking the pool/decking area. There is also an informal dining area with two additional seats at the breakfast bar.

Kitchen

Fully fitted kitchen including full size electric cooker/stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, hand mixer, pots and pans, china/dinnerware, cutlery/silverware, glassware and telephone.

Pool Area

Private pool with additional spa/Jacuzzi, fully paved deck area, fully screened to keep out insects, table and chairs for informal outdoor dining, sunloungers, umbrella.

Downstairs Bathroom

WC and wash basin. Door leading out onto pool area (door alarm fitted to keep your little ones safe).

Laundry Room

Contains the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

First Floor

Master Bedroom

King size bed, walk in wardrobe, colour TV, clock radio and telephone.
En-suite bathroom containing oval shaped bathtub, separate shower cubicle, separate wc, his and hers wash basins and hairdryer.

Queen Size Bedroom

Queen size bed, large wardrobe/closet, colour TV, clock radio. Access from room direct to 2nd bathroom.

Twin beds in each room, large wardrobe/closet, TV, clock radio.

High Grove Villa is located at High Grove which is a small community consisting of 164 villas all based on a Mediterranean theme. The community is gated to provide extra security and has a Club House and communal pool where you have the opportunity to meet other guests.

High Grove Villa provides everything you may need for your Florida vacation, including linens and towels. There is a professional management company to look after High Grove Villa and our guests, who are on duty 24/7 for any emergencies.
