Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool villa is located on the luxurious ridgewood lakes subdivision, a secure gated community with a fantastic manicured seven-thousand yard championship golf course.

Our home
Our home comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom. The house sleeps 6 comfortably with the master and 2nd bedroom both offering queen size beds, whilst the third has two singles. The entire house has climate control.

There is a separate sitting room and lounge, with the lounge offering Digital Cable TV with HOB, a dvd player, a cd player and a PS2 for your entertainment. Cable TV is also available in all bedrooms (Analog). We have a whole-house sound system enabling you to listen to music throughout the house.

We offer wireless broadband access to the internet at no extra cost and also allow free local, long distance and even international phone calls*

The kitchen is the heart of the home offering all the modern conveniences such as dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker etc. It also has a lovely breakfast area which sits four.

The formal dining area sits 6 easily and is perfect for entertaining at home.

The pool is both solar and electrically heated and as such heating is offered at no extra cost for the solar heating and $20/day for electric. The pool also has a pool blanket to help retain heat when not in use.
The covered lanai area is well suited for both day and night time use.

Golf course
Ridgewood lakes golf & country club is a par 72, 7016 yard course. This ted mcanlis layout is sculptured from lush rolling land and features immaculate playing conditions year round. Water and natural wetlands come into play on 16 of our 18 holes and the resident breeze can significantly change the course from day to day. yet despite the natural beauty and obvious pedigree of the layout, with four sets of tees the course is still enjoyable for golfers of all levels.

Location
situated just south of the i4 on highway 27, we are in a perfect location for Disneyworld, Universal’s parks in the one direction and the Tampa Bay area’s stunning beaches in the other. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food stores within a short drive, as well as a Walmart Supercenter and Blockbusters dvd rental store.
