The villa has 6 full bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast cafe, laundry room, large private swimming pool (heatable) and a double garage. The home is situated on a corner lot and has no other pool or home backing into it. It is decorated by a professional interior designer.

Ground Floor :
One master en-suite bedroom with queen sized bed, cable TV Radio alarm clock and direct access to pool area.
A large bathroom with large bath tub, separate shower, two wash basins, hair drier, walk in closets, dresser & mirrors.

Fully fitted American Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer with ice maker, kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, garbage disposal, coffeemaker. All crockery, cookware is provided. There is a telephone in the kitchen area (as well as the living room) where you can make free local calls; Interstate and International calls can be made e.g. by phone card.

A spacious open plan living area with sofas, easy chairs, lounge table and a distance away a dining area, large screen TV, DVD, Video and stereo and access to the pool.

To the side there is a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer & ironing facilities also incorporating a toilet, washbasin and a hair drier.

First Floor :
A second master en-suite bedroom with queen sized bed and connected large bathroom, hair drier, walk in closets, dresser & mirrors, Cable TV and Radio alarm clock.

There is one further bedroom with a queen sized bed, dressers, mirrors and walk in closet.

There are also three bedrooms with twin beds, built in wardrobes and dressers. Radio alarm clock.

A family bathroom is next to these bedrooms with cabinets, mirrors and a hair drier.

One each Cot and High chair available on a free of charge basis

All linen and towels provided.

The Manors North at Westridge is a mature community without any ongoing construction work

US$ prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes. UK£ prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes.

A $200.00/£100 booking deposit per week booked, is required on booking; final balance due 8 weeks before arrival date.

A $300.00/£200.00 refundable security deposit will also be required with payment of final balance.

Pool heat is available as an optional extra
at $135.00/£75.00 per week.
This to be booked and paid for with final balance.

Final cleaning is included in the rates for stays of six nights or more.

You may arrive and leave any day of the week. No minimum stays except in high season
