Welcome to Villa Disney, a larger than average 4 bedroom home furnished to a very high standard. A South facing pool overlooks a conservation area. Free wi-fi high speed internet access. Fully equipped games room. Fully air conditioned. Just 10 minutes from Disney. This is not a budget rental, but a home that will be appreciated by guests who truly believe they deserve the best. At first sight, you will be thrilled that you have chosen Villa Disney. When you start to look around, you will discover the finer points that make our home stand out as one of the best. The size of the rooms will impress you, as this villa is the same square footage as most 5 bed villas. Time has been spent giving great attention to detail. Every room has a discovery to be made which will highlight this home as the right choice for the discerning guest who wants something special.

GAMES ROOM
with full size pool table, table football, electronic darts, a selection of board games, jigsaw puzzles and a library of many books. Two large sofas and table and chairs. Radio/CD player with a selection of CDs.

LIVING ROOM
a huge 30’ x 20’ room with a stunning high ceiling, sumptuous leather sofas, ceiling fan and large screen cable TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs for your enjoyment. A radio and CD player with a selection of CDs will help you to relax in this wonderful room.

DINING ROOM
with marble top table and leather chairs for elegant dining. We have provided beautiful table settings to make this room really special.

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM
A larger than average fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 4 ring hob and large oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer with ice-maker, kettle and 4 slice toaster. All utensils and electrical equipment is of the highest quality. We have supplied you with a large range of high quality china, cutlery and glasses.

MASTER BEDROOM
with 7' super-king bed which sets the tone for this beautifully furnished bedroom. A dressing room and walk-in closet are a rare feature which not many homes have, plus there is an en-suite luxury bathroom with double sized shower, two vanity sinks and a hairdryer. There is also a large screen cable TV and radio alarm clock in this bedroom which overlooks the pool area.

POOH CORNER
Our Winnie the Pooh themed bedrooom for the children with twin beds and cot/crib, cable TV, video (with a selection of childrens videos) and radio alarm/clock.

TWIN ROOM
with twin beds, cable TV, radio alarm clock and overlooking swimming pool. This room can be changed to a second Winnie the Pooh room if you have several children in your party. Just let us know.

FAMILY BATHROOM
with shower and hairdryer supplied plus all luxury fluffy towels, wash cloths and soaps provided.

VILLA DESCRIPTION

Set in the Disney area of Orlando, the heart of Florida, the Clear Creek Orlando holiday villa is situated in a tranquil location, an officially designated wildlife conservation area. A quiet place to unwind after a hectic day at Disney. Watch the sun go down over the trees from your private garden or swim in the underwater lit pool.

Maybe you would like to spend a rest day from the theme parks, sunbathing by the south facing pool in the Florida sunshine on the extended deck area or take a dip in the larger than average 30' x 15' pool which is fully enclosed and large enough for all the family to enjoy, it offers space, privacy and tranquility, having no other pools behind to overlook it - a premium in the Disney area when so many pools are closely packed together and overlooked by sometimes as many as 8 other pools.


The villa Disney has had many recent upgrades to ensure it has amazing elegance and luxury throughout. All furniture and furnishings are top of the range, not standard rental packages, from the kitchen equipment right down to the glorious fluffy towels in the bathrooms. This is our home, which we use often, and we want only the best for ourselves and our guests. We are constantly upgrading the furnishings and fittings to maintain our very high standards. Sheets and towels are regularly replaced to ensure they are always of the finest quality. Our management company have a superb cleaning service so you will have a beautifully presented villa on your arrival.

There are 32 championship golf courses within a 30 mile radius. Recently the town of Four Corners has been created at the entrance to our complex which now offers a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and wine bars. So with just a 1 mile stroll you will have everything you could wish for right on your doorstep.

There is a Walmart Superstore, a bank, post office and petrol station within 1 mile and the entrance to Disneyworld is just 8 miles away.

With children of our own we know what is important for families and no detail has been overlooked in our efforts to ensure that you have the holiday of a lifetime. From the bottle opener to the full size cooker, from the plentiful supply of linens and towels to the abundance of cutlery, glass and china, you will want for nothing. Plus all those little extras awaiting your arrival that make it so special. Nothing in this villa has been purchased with rental in mind but what we would want to use ourselves.
