Our beautiful and spacious villa is situated within the Indian Creek Community, one of THE closest to the magical Disney theme parks, which are all within 5-10 minutes drive. Other major Orlando attractions, such as Sea-World, Discovery Cove, Universal and International Drive are only 20-25 minutes away. Within a mile are many shops, some excellent restaurants and mini-golf at the Formosa Gardens Village centre.

This central Florida location offers a great base to explore the Gulf and Atlantic coastal attractions (Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre etc.), about 90 minutes or so drive away.

The villa comprises of a highly equipped kitchen / breakfast room with full washing and drying facilities inside the double garage. A formal dining room and spacious great room are both furnished to a high standard. The 31” TV is connected to cable and DVD/CD player and includes a growing DVD/CD collection.

The bedrooms consist of a King with large en-suite comprising double bath, his & hers vanity units and large shower; a Queen with full en-suite with bath and shower enclosure; a standard twin bedroom and a Disney twin bedroom. The twin bedrooms share a third full bathroom with bath and shower enclosure. A double pull down sofa-bed completes the sleeping accommodation. All bed-linen and towels are included for your stay.

The pool & spa can be heated if desired, with a South East facing sun-deck, shaded lanai and top quality poolside furniture completing the luxury, to make this more than a home from home.

Indian Creek offers a peaceful residential style setting. This premium community boasts a variety of facilities, including Soccer pitch and children’s play areas, both of which are just around the corner. Within a few minutes walk you can reach the volleyball / tennis court and small putting green. For the more energetic of you there is a jogging track which runs around the nearest of the two lagoons.
