within minutes of the i4 and the famous Champions Gate golf course.There is also a brand new Wal-Mart superstore less than 2 minutes drive from our villa.

Our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury villa has its own private screened and heated pool with covered lanai for when you want to relax in the shade. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a really great holiday.There is also free use of our gas bbq

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and televisions and all are fitted with ceiling fans and the master suite has its own walk in wardrobe,TV DVD and VCR and ensuite facilities, which lead out to the pool area.
The pool area has a large sun deck and is south west facing so enjoying sunshine all day.There is a games room with pool table,football table and dart board.It also has high speed internet access
Our Gamesroom comes complete with free use of our pool table,air hockey, fussball table and dart board.
There are 5 cable TVs including a mickey mouse TV in the Disney bedroom,it also has a Gamecube with a selection of games.
The TV in the livingroom has a upgraded package including LIVE UK football and Movies on Demand. It also has a built in DVD & VCR and a HI FI with a large selection of cds and DVD & VCR films.
The property is situated just 10 minutes drive from Disney main gate and just one mile to restaurants and supermarkets.
The estate is surrounded by top flight golf courses.A new Wal Mart supermarket is just 2 minutes drive from our villa.
Champions Gate golf is just 5 minutes drive away.
