Full size Washer & Drier in Large Double Garage. Good size pool deck with 28FT Pool, Spa, and Luxury Cushioned Loungers. 52" table in the Lanai with cushioned chairs for comfortable Alfresco Dining.

Description

Our Home from Homeis a luxury 3 bedroom fully air conditioned villa occupies a south facing plot in a very peaceful development called Westbury. It is a peaceful oasis apart from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando theme parks, but at the same time being on the doorstep of all the major attractions.
The lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan with cathedral ceiling giving a light airy feel to the space. The villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout and ceiling fans complement the air conditioning.
The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area incorporates every modern appliance and utensil that may be required should you decide to create a meal. There are plenty of cupboards for storing food and a large fridge/freezer.
The breakfast area has a table with four chairs and has a large window.
The lounge area benefits from 28" Cable TV with VCR/DVD, PlayStation 2 and CD Music Stereo. Access to the lanai is through patio doors.
The large master suite has a king size bed, its own Cable TV/VCR, walk in wardrobe, cathedral ceiling and patio doors leading straight onto the covered lanai. Perfect for those early morning coffees. Adjacent is the luxury master bathroom featuring a garden tub and separate shower. There is a vanity unit with mirrors and spot lighting, and a door leading straight to the pool area.
Bedroom 2 has a full size double bed, Cable TV with large wardrobe and easy access to the second bathroom.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds, Cable TV and large wardrobe and is on the other side of the bathroom.
The larger than average fully screened, south facing pool (heating opt.) also has the advantage of a spa. Perfect for enjoying sunrise or sunset with a glass of whatever you fancy! The pool deck features quality furniture including a table, cushioned chairs and sun loungers so that you can enjoy the all day sun.
The garage houses full size washer & drier.
There is also a folding cot (for up to 50lbs/35") and a highchair.

All linen is provided, just bring your beach towels, a spare suitcase for the designer shopping and a smile!
Our Vacation home is managed by very reputable Management Company who are on call 24 hours a day.
