Situated on THE premier resort style gated community in the Disney area 'Windsor Palms'. We also offer the ONLY 6 bedroom home on Windsor Palms of this model with 4 full bathrooms for that much needed extra space and privacy. Now comes complete with air conditioned games room, containing 8 ft slate base billiard table and 7 ft air hockey table!!!!
Set in a peaceful and tranquil location yet just off the US 192 and only 4 miles from Disney, with every possible resort style amenity at your disposal. Renting our home gives you automatic membership for the duration of your stay to use the resort amenities, which include: a clubhouse, large Olympic size outdoor pool, whirlpool and spa, separate toddler pool, cinema, fitness centre, video arcade, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, billiard tables, children's play area, picnic and BBQ areas, sundry shop and shuttle service to the attractions (small charge for shuttle service).
Beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout to the highest of standards, every item has been hand chosen to make this home an extra special place to stay, such as, the luxurious high quality leather sofas, fabulous artwork and the elegant Crystal Chandeliers that adorn the entrance and hang above the beautifully lade dining table.
We also offer a fully fitted and equipped luxury kitchen with beautiful nook area overlooking the conservation area and pool. A range of equipment is provided including: oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. Cooking utensils provided. Hairdryers provided in all bathrooms. Towels and all linens provided (all our bed linen is white and professionally laundered at no additional cost).
On the first floor the master en-suite bedroom is furnished with a beautiful King size sleigh bed and has direct access to a private bathroom with roman tub, large walk in shower and ‘his and her’ washbasins. This room is also complimented by a private office desk and a Compaq Pentium 4 computer (24-hour high-speed internet access is included in the rental rate). It also comes complete with a large screen TV.
A further master en-suite bedroom comes complete with another King size bed, his and her nightstands and table lamps. We also offer a beautiful Queen bedroom suite, with luxury mattress and linens and its own TV.
Moving onto the second floor, where you will find all bedrooms also come complete with luxury bed linen and mattresses, nightstands, lamps, radio alarm clocks and TVs.
The pool and spa area provide a perfect space to relax in the Florida sunshine. You can lounge about on the comfortable and padded patio loungers and chairs and enjoy an al fresco meal on the large table provided while listening to the relaxing rock waterfall feature. Why not hire in a BBQ from our management company (small additional charge), it will be waiting for your arrival and you can be sure it will be spotlessly clean and ‘ready to go’
For the younger ones in your party, we provide a portable crib and high chair and a children’s table and chair set for either dining, playing or reading. The pool area is fully secure with alarms and safety bars across the patio doors for that extra piece of mind.
