Our spacious fully furnished, three bedroom, two bathroom villa is located in the residential sub division of Indian Ridge just 4 miles southwest of the Walt Disney World Resort entrance. There are gardens front and rear on a double size plot 80ft x 120ft.

The villa is air conditioned, carpeted and ceramic floor tiled to a very high standard with a family room/dining area, front lounge and dining room. There are ceiling fans in most rooms for your added comfort.

The south facing pool is solar heated and totally enclosed in mesh screening with new upholstered poolside furniture and a covered patio/lania area for shade. Gas heating for the pool is available in the cooler months. The garden is fenced with a forested area to the rear of the property providing privacy.

The kitchen is comprehensively equipped including a fridge freezer with automatic icemaker and chilled filtered water dispenser. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bed linen, towels, coat hangers and hair dryers are provided. A baby cot/crib, highchair and pushchair/stroller are also provided.

Facilities include two televisions, two dvd players and hi-fi, 24/7 monitored security alarm system, security safe and attached double garage with internal access and electrically operated door. All external doors are alarmed for child safety.

All utilities, US Management Services and cleaning on departure are included. Local, national and international telephone calls are free.

The estate also has two recreation areas which include a communal pool, play equipment, basketball, tennis courts and walking paths.

Indian Ridge is only 25 minutes from Orlando International or 50 minutes from Sanford with easy access from the I4 or the 417 Greeneway toll road. Kennedy Space Station on the East coast and St Pete's on the West Gulf coast are only just over an hours drive.

There are numerous golf courses in the vicinity with Champions Gate golf complex only 5 minutes away. This 36 hole course was designed by Greg Norman and is the World HQ for the David Leadbetter Academy and was voted 'Best Overall Course 2002-03' by Florida Golf Central readers.
