Your vacation pool home is a beautiful, very spacious, fully air conditioned (climate controlled) house sleeping up to eight adults, plus a baby in the crib that is provided.

The house has it's own garden and, to cool off in the Florida sun, a lovely fully screened heated pool & covered lanai (patio). The pool is not overlooked to the rear & the large lot size means you retain a good level of privacy on each side.

The gated community of Aster Cove is peaceful at any time of the day or night, although the bright lights and "strip" of Kissimmee are less than ten minutes away.

Facilities include…

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven & hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, huge US refrigerator & freezer with ice machine, CD/Radio/Audio Tape player, Phone & Answer machine & even an electric can opener. There is a breakfast bar & an additional eating area (café) which looks out over the pool. We also include a high chair at no extra cost.

Lounge: Two sofas, (one is a sofa bed for the 7th & 8th guests), cable TV (with a massive 50 inch screen), VCR, DVD both with plenty of family viewing movies, & also a Hi Fi / CD. We also have a full size Bar Football table, which also houses Mini Air Hockey, Mini Pool and several other games. Having children of our own we have tried to make the house as child friendly as possible. We have child alarmed patio doors to the pool area which ensure that you are always aware if the kids try to sneak out for a sly dip & all sockets throughout the house at child height are covered.

Dining Area: Situated off the lounge with dining table & chairs.

Master Bedroom: King Size bed, telephone, bedside cabinets & radio alarm clock, 2nd cable TV & child alarmed patio doors the pool.

En Suite Bathroom: Walk in closet, huge shower, bathtub, separate WC, twin hand basins & hairdryer.

Bedroom Two: Has a double bed, closet & storage drawers, bedside cabinet & radio alarm clock.

Bedroom Three: Bunk Beds, one single bed, TV connected to the PlayStation (plays US games which are supplied), American Darts, storage drawers, radio alarm clock & closet. We also include a crib/cot at no extra charge.

Bathroom Two: Bathtub & shower, single hand basin, closet & an additional hairdryer.

The Utility Room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and provides access to the double garage.

Outside to the rear is a large partially covered lanai with garden furniture & the fully screened, heated & filtered pool which is around 28 x 14 feet.

Our house is tastefully decorated & furnished with everything you could need to make your stay as comfortable & enjoyable as possible.

US$ prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes. UK£ prices quoted are fully inclusive of all taxes.

All prices quoted are weekly, weeks covering two price periods are charged on a Pro Rata Basis

Prices are based on seven night stays. Extra/fewer nights may be available on request (charged on a pro rata basis). Stays of five nights or less are subject to a cleaning charge of $80 (£50).

The price quoted is for the villa per week, not per person. It does not include pool heat which can be paid at booking or locally if required*. Prices do not include flights, car hire, insurance or transfers.

All prices quoted are fully inclusive of local taxes.
