Keokia is an executive 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa, located in the prestigious development of Calabay Parc. It offers luxurious and spacious accommodation with all the amenities you need to make your well earned vacation complete. It is the perfect place to return to at the end of your hectic day in the theme parks. You have all the comforts of home and when the children go to bed you can relax around the pool with a glass of wine and watch the sun set.

The villa backs onto a conservation area and enjoys lovely views. The deck area has been extended and, whilst it enjoys full sun all day there is also a shaded area under the lanai. Pool heating is available and the area is screened to provide a bug free environment. The pool provides a peaceful ambience in the evening and luxury pool furniture and pool toys are provided for our guests.

The living room has a Cable TV, DVD with home theatre surround sound and a quality mini hi-fi system. The room enjoys views over conservation land. There is a separate family room with 27” TV, DVD and VCR and a number of films and CDs are provided for guests use as well as a Playstation 2 with selection of games. In addition there are traditional family games, childrens books and jigsaws for your use.

There are three dining areas. Inside you have the choice of a formal dining room or informal breakfast nook and breakfast bar. Outdoors you can dine under the lanai with the added comfort of a ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery and cutlery you require and full laundry facilities are also provided.

There are five bedrooms in total; three master suites, all with king size bed, luxury bedding, cable TV and DVD and ensuite bathroom. One twin room is located downstairs and has cable TV and DVD and an ensuite bathroom. The remaining twin room has been decorated with a bright cheerful Disney theme and has a cable TV, DVD and VCR. The family room has a sofa bed and, as this is completely separate to the main living areas, this room can be used as an additional private guest room.

For our younger guests we do offer free use of a cot, highchair and pushchair. A stairgate and cot bedding is provided. For your peace of mind, all doors to the pool area are fitted with safety alarms.

The main master bathroom has his n hers sinks, large corner tub and separate double shower and toilet. The second master bathroom has a double shower and toilet whilst the third master bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet

Calabay Parc is an ideal location; 10 minutes drive to Disneys main entrance and only 4 minutes drive to Champions Gate, where there is a PGA Championship Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman, a 24 hour supermarket, Italian and French Restaurants, MacDonalds, Takeaways and Video Rental. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from on the 192, which is only 5 minutes drive away.

Staying at our vacation home will be an experience you will never forget. You can be assured that if you need any additional information or assistance during your stay our management company is available 24 hours a day and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Wow this house is amazing – definitely the best villa I have been in. The beds are really comfortable. We loved the pool and the hot tub is very relaxing. At night time go in the pool and listen to Mother Nature and the night chorus.

The Prices quoted are for the property, not per person and include:

If pool & spa heating is required this is charged at £115/$200 per week.

Our prices are as low as £10/$19 per person per night (based on 10 people sharing). When you consider all the extras you get in our home compared to the basic facilities you would get in a motel you can see what great value it is.

Where your stay overlaps two price periods the price will be charged pro rata using the extra night price for periods less than seven nights

We can accommodate requests for shorter stays but reservations for less than 7 nights will incur a cleaning charge of £75 /$150.

A minimum rental period applies during peak season dates.

A security deposit of £200/$350 is collected with the final balance and is refunded within 28 days of you leaving the property, subject to all terms and conditions being met.

PAYMENT DETAILS:

A deposit of £200/$350 is required at the time of booking. The balance and security deposit are due 10 weeks prior to your arrival at the house.

We can accept payment in Pounds Sterling or US dollar and payment can be made by cheque (UK or US), credit card, cash or bank transfer.

All rates are subject to change without notice. Once your booking has been confirmed in writing your price will be guaranteed.
