This website allows renters to view a selection of villas in the Disney and Gulf Coast areas and then make direct contact with the villa owners. This is it's sole purpose. We do not act as a booking agent or take any part in the booking process after the initial introduction of you to the private owner.

We cannot accept any responsibility for your arrangements with the private villa owner and will not be held liable for any issues or grievances you may have with them.

Accuracy Of Information

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information supplied by villa owners. This is supplied to us by the villa owners themselves and has not been compiled by us. The renter should therefore confirm the details with the villa owner and it is the renters responsibility to do this.

We do not accept any responsibility for any misrepresentation given by the villa owners on this website whatsoever.

We do not charge the renter for using this website but charge the villa owners a small amount per week that a villa owner books out through referrals from our websites.
